At Senior Community Connections (SCC), our heart is all about making sure our sweet Lake Norman seniors feel loved, cherished, and connected. Thanks to incredible donors and supporters like you, we’ve been able to wrap our arms around over 80 local senior citizens in 2025, providing more than 3,200 essential services (32% increase in services over last year) from friendly check-ins to rides that keep them independent and thriving right at home.
